Make A Gift

Thank you for considering a gift to the UTSA College of Architecture, Construction and Planning! In these dynamic and challenging times, the College of Architecture, Construction and Planning (CACP) increasingly relies on private sources of funding to support our mission of advancing the design, planning, and construction of the built environment.

We are extremely grateful for the support of our alumni, friends, and sponsors. Donors like you who share UTSA’s ideals for academic excellence and achievement have a profound impact on students, faculty, and the community at large through scholarships, research funding, faculty support, innovative academic programs, outreach activities, and beyond.

Our top-notch faculty help produce outstanding students, who become our community’s designers, planners, builders, and leaders. Scholarship support expands the access of higher education to those who otherwise couldn’t afford it. Service learning opportunities through design-build projects are a mainstay to our educational experience, and we have a strong regional reputation for community engagement. Donor gifts are crucial to building the outstanding programs that serve the growing needs of the CACP, its students, and the greater San Antonio community.

Examples of ways in which your gift could support the CACP are:

  • Provide valuable scholarship funds to encourage outstanding students to enroll in the College’s programs
  • Equip a vitally needed workshop that would provide resources for the construction of architectural models and furniture design, and support of the highly successful Design/Build Program
  • Send our top students to Spain and Italy to study architecture in a historical setting
  • Purchase state-of-the-art computers and software for a lab that will conduct research in the best sustainable design practices. Your gift will be a lasting legacy for the training and success of the design leaders of tomorrow.
