Alumni & Support
As alumni of the College of Architecture, Construction and Planning (CACP), you serve as diplomats and advocates in the communities where you live and work. Your support — through volunteerism, participation, and financial contributions — helps maintain a sense of unity among alumni, students, faculty, and friends.
Upcoming Alumni Events
There are benefits to being an alum!
- Attend one of our annual socials or mixers, like the UTSA Alumni Gathering at the Texas Society of Architects Convention. The TSA Convention will be held in Austin from October 18-20, 2012. Check back soon for more info on UTSA’s event.
- Expand your network for professional growth by attending our CACP Speaker Series.
The University Career Center provides recruiting opportunities, career development resources, information, and advising to current students and alumni. More than just connecting students and alumni with job/internship openings, the aim of the Career Center is to teach and strengthen professional development skills that will serve throughout one’s career. A variety of career services are available to students and alumni, including postings of current job openings, career fairs, and workshops on résumé preparation, portfolio development, and job search strategies.
Visit utsa.edu/careercenter/ for more info.
We invite you to stay involved with your school—it’s a great way to feel connected and give back to the university that played such an important role in your life. Investing in the College, through financial donation or volunteerism, is one of the most significant ways to become involved.

The CACP is continuing its effort to find and maintain the most accurate contact information for all of our alumni. We know you are doing great things, and we rely on you to not only share your stories, but also to keep us up-to-date on your contact information so we can share our stories with you.
Send your news and contact updates to our Communications & Development Coordinator, Nicole Chavez, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
