Daniel D’Oca is the principal architect and co-founder of Interboro Partners, a New York-based architecture, planning, and research firm founded in 2002. He is an assistant professor of Art History, Theory, and Criticism at the Maryland Institute College of Art and a design critic in Urban Planning and Design at the Harvard Design School. His lecture, “When Life Gives You Lemons,” addresses informal and bottom-up architecture. The lecture was presented by the UTSA College of Architecture as part of the Fall 2013 CoA Lecture Series.
