CACP students present building designs at Circuit of the Americas

(December 11, 2014) -- Third- and fourth-year architecture students from instructor David Matiella’s Advanced Design Studio presented their ideas for new structures at Circuit of the Americas today. The multi-purpose facility in Austin hosts prestigious international racing events, including the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix. The presentations were the final step in a semester-long project in which the students were challenged to design either a Research & Development center or a Children’s Museum on the world-class circuit’s campus.
