Sandy Hamby, AIA, CCM
Sandy Hamby, AIA, CCM, has over 30 years of experience in Program Management for large, complex construction projects. As President of MOCA, she leads teams and executes programs with a focus on early planning solutions that meet the longer-term program goals for complex government and politically sensitive facilities. She has worked on projects throughout the nation to include San Antonio, Houston, Washington DC, Boston, Salt Lake City, Honolulu, and Department of Defense locations. Sandy has been a long-standing member of the CCM Board of Directors and is currently the first woman president of the national organization.
