Dean's Advisory Council
The UTSA College of Architecture is growing at an incredible rate, and is becoming a power producer of future professionals of the built environment. At this time, our 1200+ students pursue degrees in architecture, interior design, construction science and management, and urban and regional planning. Our students are here to learn from an impressive cadre of faculty, and it is our goal to produce the best prepared and most professional future advocates of the built environment. Those who serve on the Dean’s Advisory Council act as a liaison between their respective industries and the College, providing guidance in areas of industry trends, research, and curriculum.
The Dean’s Advisory Council is composed of a wide-reaching array of community leaders and members of the professional community. These individuals represent the College in San Antonio and South Texas, helping us secure the financial resources necessary to further our goals. Council members continually raise the public profile of the College, emphasize the importance of private support, and assist in the identification and solicitation of key donors.
