M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning
The Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning (M.S. URP) is designed to prepare students with knowledge, skills, and values for the planning profession in tomorrow's communities. Centered at the UTSA Downtown campus, Urban and Regional Planning curriculum includes fieldwork, community partnerships, and opportunities to work on grant-supported research. Students can complete the program full or part-time, and many classes are held in the evening or online. The MSURP includes connections to architecture, data science, historic preservation, and public administration to help UTSA graduates shape tomorrow's communities.
